Cancellations

Any cancellations shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product has been shipped.

Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to info@pawradise.in

• E-Mail shall contain the following details:
• Order ID:
• Cancellation Reason:

Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at info@pawradise.in. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.

In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.

All our goods are custom made as per customer’s requirement. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns. However, we could refund the product costs, in part or in entirety, as per our ‘Refund Policy’.

Refund Policy

 Refund shall be honoured for the following reasons:

• Order was cancelled (provided the cancellation took place before the item was shipped). 
• Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient). 
• Damaged product arising from the default of the company.

While requesting a refund, please note –

1. In case of any complaints, please share an image along with the complaint description to info@pawradise.in within two business days of delivery. Also, include a receipt or proof of purchase along with the default product image. Our team will evaluate the order and basis of the findings, act (part-full refund/product replacement/decline of refund or replacement request) on it on a case-to-case basis.
2. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
3. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.
4. Any extra amount credited to www.pawradise.in account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
5. In all matters concerning to Cancellation/Refund/Replacement, the decision of pawradise.in will be final.
6. www.pawradise.in may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
