Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
• Your order details, and anything you tell us in order notes, such as your pet’s name, allergies or the delivery date.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• Basic technical information, such as cookies that keep your cart and login working.

We do not collect or store your card or UPI details. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To bake, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To reply to your questions and handle cancellations, refunds and complaints.
• To keep the records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices and tax records.
• To send you offers or news only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the people who help us run the shop: our payment partner (Razorpay), delivery and courier partners, and our website host. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed for your orders, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing, as provided under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can also update your details in your account on this website.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart and login working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the shop may not work.
