About us

This website is run by the business shown below. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted once payment is complete and we confirm your delivery date.
• Everything is made fresh on order. Please order at least two days before the date you need it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can’t deliver to your area or on your date. If we do, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• All orders are prepaid. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid is the price for your order.

Custom orders

For custom cakes we agree the design, price and date with you before baking. Handmade and hand-decorated items can vary slightly from photos and from each other.

Product information and your pet’s health

• Ingredients are listed on every product page. Please check them and tell us about any allergies or diet needs in the order notes.
• If your pet has a food allergy, lactose intolerance or a medical condition, please check with your vet before ordering. Our treats are not a substitute for veterinary advice or a complete diet.
• Serve treats in sensible portions and supervise your pet while eating.
• Product photos are for illustration. The actual product may vary slightly in appearance, but never in quality or taste.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and designs on this website belong to us. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

Liability

We take great care with every order. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Grievances

If you have a complaint, please contact our grievance officer using the details above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
