Where we deliver

Fresh bakes (cakes, cookies and treats) are delivered locally, because they are perishable and best eaten fresh.

Pan-India

Handmade gifts, such as pet rakhis, are shipped across India by courier.

If you are not sure whether we deliver to you, message us before you order.

When to order

• Everything is made fresh on order, so please order at least two days before the date you need it.
• Mention your preferred delivery date in the order notes at checkout. We will confirm the date with you on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• During festivals and busy weekends, ordering earlier helps us keep your date.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your address and are shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are prepaid.

Handmade gifts sent by courier

• We usually dispatch within 2–3 working days of your order.
• Couriers usually deliver within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• We share tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Receiving your order

• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive fresh bakes.
• Refrigerate cakes as soon as they arrive and serve them within 12 hours. Cookies keep for up to two weeks in the fridge.
• Check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is wrong (see our refund policy).

Delays and missed deliveries

Weather, traffic, festivals or courier issues can occasionally delay a delivery. If that happens we will keep you informed. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or no one was available, we may charge for re-delivery. Because fresh bakes are perishable, they cannot be refunded in that case.
